Port Days 2015 to focus on Innovative Partnerships and the Global Supply Chain

September 15, 2015 – Halifax, N.S. – Innovation and strategic partnerships will be the focus of Port Days 2015.

With regular calls from 20 of the world’s leading shipping lines, the Port of Halifax connects to 150 countries worldwide. This global connectivity is the result of strong partnerships, international cooperation and strategic infrastructure planning. The port community in Halifax is working collaboratively to create the necessary conditions for business owners locally, regionally and nationally to expand their potential market and create economic growth.

Featured speakers this year include Halifax Mayor Mike Savage and JJ Ruest, Vice-President and Chief Marketing Officer, CN Rail.

Members of the media are invited to attend sessions taking place Thursday, Sept. 17, 2015.
